Fagowees has a responsibility to protect its members as
well as its public image. Below is the "Code of Conduct" guidelines:
CLASS A
Violation of these items will be handled as follows:
1st Offense: Written Warning
2nd Offense: 6 Months Probation
3rd Offense: 6 Months Suspension From Club Activities
1. Failure to follow the rules of the Constitution and/or
By-Laws.
2. Failure to follow the instructions of an authorized
trip leader or member of the Executive Board.
3. Endangering self or others by failure to heed rules
and regulations established for public safety by bus lines, hotels, etc.
4. Not following/abusing laws of any applicable government authority.
CLASS B
Violations of these items will result in dismissal from
Fagowees:
1. Misappropriation of club funds or equipment.
2. Willfully causing bodily injury to another member while
attending a club function.
3. Willful destruction of property while attending a club
function.
4. A continued history of CLASS A violation.
Discipline shall be under the jurisdiction of the Trustees.
A member who feels he or she has been disciplined unfairly may appeal the
discipline in writing to the Executive Board which shall have the final decision
in such matters.
